1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms as binding. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sapphiremarinagrand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We do not accept responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
